南京流水线,:汽车底盘总装配线

南京流水线:底盘总装配线 :该南京流水线:底盘总装配线 输送方式分为两段,即前14个工位采用桥式潜拖链输送机、后9个工位采用双行道鳞板输送机。每工位长度8m,设臵有23个车位,链速0.8m/min-3m/min。


南京装配流水线该潜拖链采用连续式运行方式,员工在两边作业。两边设臵有零部件货架,通过人工或KBK、空中吊挂等方式输送到装配线上。电机减速机采用SEW电机


潜拖链上每台车架需工艺小车2个,两小车之间的中心距离可任意调整满足不同轴距的车型。工艺小车靠支撑车架纵梁的上下翼面,通过支架变换也能支撑底盘的前后桥。支架小车与车架接触的支撑面上要覆盖一层高强度聚氨脂衬垫。


南京流水线:底盘总装配线 :前段单板链:链条其结构为可拆式,内外板片厚度满足其抗拉强度要求,链片厚不低于10MM,其材质为16Mn,轴销为40Cr钢并经调质处理,滚轮表面硬度不小于HRC38,链条滚轮内安装轴承可降低运行阻力,避免爬行,且轴承内加润滑脂:由专业厂家南京竞流按行业标准制造,质量保证;销轴、滚轮均经热处理工序,链条链片表面须经抛丸防锈处理。 

 

南京流水线:底盘总装配线 :双行道板式输送链:链板采用优质花纹钢,钢板厚7mm,对带支撑的面板用筋板进行加强,链板长1m宽250mm,线长189m,两道链板内侧距离1m。台板用Q235 8mm钢板制作,保证一定强度,在承重时不变形。链条其结构为可拆式,内外板片厚度满足其抗拉强度要求,链片厚不低于10MM,其材质为16Mn,轴销为40Cr钢并经调质处理,滚轮表面硬度不小于HRC38,链条滚轮内安装轴承可降低运行阻力,避免爬行,且轴承内加润滑脂:由专业厂家按行业标准制造,质量保证;销轴、滚轮均经热处理工序,链条链片表面须经抛丸防锈处理。

A layer of high-strength polyurethane liner shall be covered on the supporting surface of the support trolley in contact with the frame.
